Delete account and data

You can have your Player X account and all associated data deleted. Fill in the form below — we process your request within 30 days.

Which data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase:

your email address and display name;
your account ID and login details;
your scores, game progress and leaderboard entries;
any stored device tokens for push notifications;
your memberships of groups, friends and tournaments.

Data that may be retained (temporarily)

To meet legal obligations or prevent abuse, we may keep a minimal set of data (such as log files) in backups for up to 90 days, after which it is deleted automatically.

Played without an account?

Player X can be played without an account. In that case there is no account data linked to you and you don’t need to do anything.
